Dr. Katy Shayesteh, Doctor of Dental Medicine
Dr. Katy Shayesteh, General Dentist, graduated from University of British Columbia with a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree in 2008. Prior to moving to Vancouver, she studied in Mashad, Iran and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1999 at Mashad Medical and Dental University.
Katy is experienced in all aspects of dentistry and enjoys focusing on restorative and cosmetic cases. She is continually honing her skills and attends various lectures and conferences throughout the year. She is a proud Gold plus Invisalign provider and works closely with her mentor, Dr. David Galler, the president of the board of the American Academy of Cosmetic Orthodontists. She is also a member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners. She is also certified for Oral sedation and Nitrous oxide dentistry.
Her kind, compassionate, and gentle style make her patients feel very comfortable and confident in her treatment, care, skill, and judgment.
Katy lives in the neighbourhood. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, outdoor activities, yoga, cooking, reading and traveling around the world.
Dr. Farideh Iranpour, Doctor of Dental Surgery
Dr. Farideh Iranpour, General Dentist, received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Tehran University of Medical Sciences and Health in Tehran, Iran in 1977. After practicing in Iran for 20 years, she moved to British Columbia to continue her studies and received her General Practitioner Residency from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia in 2001.
She has been working as a General Dentist in Vancouver ever since and is focused on oral surgery.
Dr. Iranpour maintains her commitment to excellence in dentistry and attends numerous continuing education classes, lectures, and clinical programs.
When she is not caring for patients, Dr. Iranpour enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and outdoor activities such as walking and skiing.

Aiza: Office Manager
Aiza has been working in the Dental field since 2012. She has always been interested in dentistry, health and helping others. She began as a Certified Dental Assistant and was cross-trained to work in both the clinical and administrative roles of the office. After years of experience, she transitioned to Office Management.
Aiza’s mission is to provide a welcoming and seamless experience for our patients. She is happy to be working with such an amazing team that delivers the highest standard of dental care.
Simone: Receptionist and Patient Coordinator
Simone has a passion for dentistry and enjoys her profession very much. In 2007, she decided what she wanted to do professionally and made a career switch to the dental profession. Dentistry is a great combination of what she personally enjoys; learning, educating, working with patients, and of course, health!
In her spare time Simone enjoys being outdoors and some of her favorite activities are camping, hiking, bike riding, canoeing, snowshoeing & skiing. She also
loves photography and yoga!
Simone was born, raised and lives in Maple Ridge. The reason why she commutes?

Skylar: Registered Dental Hygienist
Skylar was born in Vancouver but relocated at a young age and grew up in Thunder Bay, Ontario where she completed all of her education. She graduated from Confederation College with an advanced diploma in dental hygiene, passed her national dental hygiene board exam first try, and is fully licensed with the College of Dental Hygienists of British Columbia.
She spent her summer & winter holidays on Vancouver Island growing up which inspired her to return back to the west coast permanently to pursue her career in a place she loves. She is very kind, positive, and our clients tell her on a daily basis how much they appreciate how gentle and thorough she is with them and their oral health.
When Skylar is not working she loves to stay active and busy exercising, hiking, traveling, skiing, snowboarding, or spending time with her friends and family.
Nina: Certified Dental Assistant
Nina was born in Winnipeg, MB where she graduated with the Level II Dental Assisting program from Red River College. She moved to Vancouver in 2011 and loves living on the West Coast. Nina is kind, friendly and strives to make each patients visit a positive one. She enjoys connecting with people and making our patients feel like a part of the (dental) family. In her spare time, Nina enjoys exploring the city, travelling and spending time with her friends and family.
Cecile: Certified Dental Assistant
Cecile was born on the east coast and raised in Vancouver at the age of 4. She graduated from the certified dental assisting program at Vancouver Community College. She is thrilled to contribute her skills and knowledge to our practice.she worked at her family dentist’s office for two and a half years as a dental receptionist – this experience was what first peaked her interest in dentistry.
Cecile moved on to dental assisting and could not be happier with that decision.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her friends and family. Her drive to learn and provide the best care to the dental community is what makes her happy.
