Ada is a versatile and dedicated member of our team at Broadway Dental, having taken on multiple roles throughout her career here. From her beginnings as our receptionist to working as a dental assistant, and now as a skilled dental hygienist, Ada has shown remarkable adaptability and commitment to patient care.

Her diverse experience in various aspects of the practice has given her a comprehensive understanding of patient needs, which she brings to every appointment. Patients particularly appreciate Ada's meticulous attention to detail and the practical tips she provides for maintaining their dental health.

Outside of work, Ada enjoys traveling and exploring new places, which adds to her well-rounded approach to life and patient care. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve optimal oral health and enjoys building strong relationships with them, ensuring they feel informed and cared for during each visit.

Maddie was raised in Burnaby and is proud to serve the community she calls home. She earned her degree from the University of British Columbia (UBC), where she gained valuable clinical experience working with diverse patient populations, including children, geriatric patients, and individuals with mental and physical disabilities.

Her training and community involvement have shaped her compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Maddie is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment, ensuring that each patient feels respected, comfortable, and confident throughout their dental experience. She values building long-term relationships with her patients and supporting their oral health at every stage of life.

Outside of the clinic, Maddie enjoys cooking, travelling, and attending music festivals.

Jennifer has two years of experience in the dental field and plays an essential role as our Hygiene Coordinator. She combines her knowledge of insurance coordination with a strong commitment to ensuring patients receive the highest standard of preventive care.

Jennifer is responsible for verifying insurance eligibility, coordinating benefits, and helping patients maximize their coverage. She also manages hygiene scheduling to ensure every patient receives timely, organized, and comprehensive care. Her attention to detail and dedication support the smooth operation of our practice.

Aiza has over 14 years of experience in the dental field and has been an integral part of the administrative team at the practice. She has recently transitioned from her role as Office Manager to focus on pursuing her education in Dental Hygiene.

Aiza continues to support the office part-time, where she enjoys helping patients navigate treatment planning, insurance, and scheduling while ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for. Her extensive knowledge of dental procedures and patient care allows her to provide valuable support to both patients and the clinical team.

Aman is a Certified Dental Assistant with a strong foundation in patient care and clinical support. She assists with a wide range of general dental procedures and plays an important role in ensuring each appointment runs smoothly and comfortably for patients.

She is known for her calm, organized, and caring approach, and for making patients feel at ease during their visits. Aman takes pride in supporting both the dental team and patients with attentiveness and professionalism.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and continuing to grow in the dental field.
